In the time that Kobe Bryant has been inactive this season, many would wonder how one of the league’s greatest players spends his off time. Nike and Foot Locker convened to imagine this situation, presenting a new commercial: “The Kobe Piano.” In it, Kobe is no longer an athlete, but crafts luxurious, beautiful pianos. The pianos are so elegant and refined that makes boys into men and “Lionel Richie’s tears cry [more] tears.” While the commercial, as the Kobe 9 itself, is a bit farfetched, it is entertaining nonetheless.
